The "Wombat" Knife.

The ultimate hefty chopper for both vegetables and proteins.

The "Wombat" chopper is a 5 layered steel blade with a VG10 core (leading to a blade hardness of HRC60-62) and a stainless steel sandblasted finish as you approach the spine (to protect the core and minimise adhesiveness to whatever is cut or chopped).

The handle itself is a full tang handle made with Australian wood and epoxy resin. The full tang handle adds strength and weight to the handle itself allowing us to balance the higher weight blade.
